Shane is President and CEO of Hampshire Capital, LLC based in NH. Hampshire Capital, LLC buys, develops, renovates, repositions and holds apartment buildings, commercial assets and land in New England and the Southern states. Shane has over 25 years of active real estate experience under his belt. Since 1996, Shane has acquired, renovated and managed more than $305M in multi-family and commercial assets and has developed and built over $110M in real estate through his construction and development firm.

Nick has been active in the multifamily apartment business since 2007. He has been involved with the acquisition and renovation of more than 20 multifamily properties, comprising more than 3,500 apartment units. Nick spent more than a decade in the affordable housing business working on transactions involving complex debt and equity structures. These projects involved with the acquisition and renovation of workforce housing properties located across the United States.

Eddie has managed real estate operations, construction and fundraising since 2004, starting in single-family homes, progressing into development, and overseeing over $100M in large-scale construction projects including ground-up and value-add apartment redevelopments in major USA markets. He has grown multiple real estate and business development venture companies in the Midwest to $200m in annual revenue and overseen 506c fund operations and growth for a real estate portfolio in excess of $315M since 2020.

Michael brings nearly two decades of experience in property operations, budgeting, renovations, and investment in multifamily assets. As a Senior Asset Manager and Vice President,
Michael has overseen a portfolio of over 7000 apartments valued at over $1b since 2007. Michael has been recognized for his real estate industry leadership as President of the Board of Directors for the Fort Worth Apartment Association (FWAA), the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) and National Apartment Association (NAA). A devoted Scoutmaster, Michael is active civically in his Fort Worth, TX Community.

Moise manages multifamily and land acquisitions closing on over $100M in assets in TX and FL since 2021. Leveraging a successful sales and relationship management background in telecom and insurance, he maintains an extensive network of private seller, buyer, broker, and lender relationships throughout the Sunbelt region to drive scale for Hampshire Capital's unique value-add multifamily & land development investment strategy.
VP, Marketing & Investor Relations
Brendan has extensive expertise in delivering top-tier investor relations for multiple real estate private equity firms, with a focus on strategies across the capital stack and various asset types. He previously led real estate investments for a confidential family office on Fisher Island, an exclusive private island off the coast of Miami Beach. In this role, he was responsible for portfolio and asset management, with an emphasis on office and residential properties, including core and core-plus acquisitions.
Brendan earned a BA from UNLV’s William F. Harrah College of Hospitality, specializing in management and finance.

Rob has actively invested and managed client real estate and alternative investments for over 20 years. As an officer for custodian PENSCO Trust Company, he oversaw the growth of self-directed IRA accounts holding direct real estate, debt, and private company stock to $3b in value. As a multifamily investor and real estate broker under the Berkshire Hathaway brand, Rob has acquired, underwritten, marketed, and advised clients on over $215M in commercial transactions. Rob has delivered early-stage growth for multiple innovation companies in the roles of business & corporate development leading teams and customer relationships to create transformational value and successful exits.
